Requests for new user accounts can be made well ahead of time, in fact as soon as you have confirmed the hire. Advance warning is particular important when the hire will need new hardware or software resources, as there may be lead time to source systems (particularly laptops) or licenses.

Requests for new user accounts require a three business day lead time. All information must be provided before account creation may begin.

LANWin IT Support Request Form

Access the LANWin IT Support Request Form. This icon is usually found on your desktop.

  • Select the New User button
  • Complete the ENTIRE FORM!

Click Ok when done. Be sure to put in YOUR eMail address as the Requestor. Sending in the form will create a Ticket which you can use to track the work, and on which we will communicate progress or questions we may run into.
